1. This agreement is applied to the people of all that join "Facesitting Japan EXPRESS" (following F.J.E).
2. F.J.E. member consists of only 18 or older-year adults who ripened. (Age limit)
3. Only the new member individual whom the J-FETISH.COM company permitted the F.J.E. member and who passed through a
formal procedure shall use the right as a member. Neither two or more persons' group nor an organization can register as a club
member. (Specification of the user range)
4.The member acquired ID against the 2nd clause and the 3rd clause, or used F.J.E. may be prosecuted. You have to compensate ,
when a J-FETISH.COM company suffers damage.
5. A member cannot reveal and transfer ID and a password to other person. All the seats that came to hand without carrying out
regular procedure are invalid. (Ban on movement of a seat)
6. When the unjust use by the 5th clause is revealed, the member concerned has the responsibility of compensating the damage
which our company suffered. (Duty of the member who accompanies unjust use)
7. Except for the case where our company approves, reproduction, a copy, etc. cannot use the contents in F.J.E. secondarily.

8. When the same time has access by the same ID from two or more access points, We conducts necessary investigation about the
owner of ID. In this case, our company does not take the responsibility. (Investigation and exemption from responsibility to unjust use)
9. when a member breaks about the 2nd clause - 9 clause, Even if it is within the term of validity of ID, We deletes the ID.
10. When it becomes impossible over the long period of time more than for four days using F.J.E. according to the trouble of a server
machine etc., a member has the right by which ID term of validity is extended.
However, neither the fall of the communication situation resulting from increase of the server load in a specific time zone and traffic
etc. nor the obstacle by the communication environment by the side of the accident and member of a natural disaster and a
communication circuit shall be included in the responsibility range of our company.

11. By the problem resulting from a member side, a member cannot ask our company for extension of ID term of validity about the
time which has not accessed FSJ. (Limitation 2 of the responsibility range in a use impossible situation)
13.. The once supplied fee is not returned regardless of a reason. Cancellation or payment refusal of a credit card transaction cannot be
performed. (Duty of fee delivery)
14. Procedure of withdrawal from the membership is performed from Payment Form.
15. It is premised on both sides negotiating in good faith when a problem occurs between our company and a member. When you need
judicial judgment, let Tokyo District Court be a first trial court. (Court specification in dispute)
